We provide you with a tailored shortlist
We’ll provide you with a perfectly curated shortlist of the very best candidates for your roles, along with their testing results to enable you to build an accurate picture of their strengths, skillset and personality type. We aim to shortlist within 48 hours, but due to the nature of the testing process this can sometimes take longer if you ask us to include tailored tests.
We guide you through interview and offer stage
We will expertly manage every step of the recruitment process on your behalf, from arranging interviews (and providing additional panel interview members if required), to offer stage, negotiation and counter-offer management. Once you have decided who you want to hire, we’ll do our utmost to ensure you secure them on terms that work for your business.
